Liking the look of....

I'm always saving pictures to my phone and I've decided to share them here, this is a collection of things that are inspiring me or just that I think look nice ...might make it a weekly thang! The second pic is the Daphne Guinness collection for MAC, what I've seen looks pretty amazing and so wearable definitely few things I'll be investing in, the lippy and eyeshadow palette look verry promising. The hair in the last picture is the living dream for me at the moment I need a change and I think something along these lines would be perfect, I was never into the dip dye trend before I saw it but I think it's very edgy but also glam diva at the same time LOVE it

Versace for H & M SS/12 Looks Delicious

The only Versace for H&M item I was really coveting (the leopard print pink silk scarf) was whipped up before I even woke up last Thursday and there is already talk of the next Versace collection to hit our local H&M stores. (eek!) The Mirror released these photos of the Spring/Summer collection and I already have my eye on those shorts for my summer wardrobe! must say i'm loving the gold shoes and the fruity print mmm....although these few photos are little to go by I definitely prefer the look of this collection and might have to join the queues this time!

Old Hollywood

I'm OBSESSED with 'old Hollywood' style makeup at the moment. I'm a big fan of bold lipstick in general as I think it has the potential to liven up any look but a dark lip is what I've really been gravitating towards as I love the drama of it. My preferences would be MAC Rebel, which is a gorgeous berry shade, or MAC Odyssey which is a dark burgundy. For a Hollywood-blockbuster-red Topshop's lipstick Rio Rio is really pigmented and definitely pops for a Marylin-inspired look. I am still attempting to perfect the old Hollywood hair wave, fingers crossed I nail it by the Christmas party season!

I WANT IT ALL

Zara's new collection has me drooling. The shopaholic in me has been clamoring to come out recently but I've had to restrain myself. Christmas is fast approaching and if my loved ones are going to receive anything I'll have to be selfless for the next month or so....however, if I could purchase the entire contents of one shop at the moment it would be Zara. I tend to purchase a lot of basics from Zara but this collection is brimful of statement pieces which would definitely keep me glam all the way through the christmas.....I might have to be a brat and purchase the blazer/shirt combo....don't think I could choose one or the other and I'm loving the snakeskin/dark floral clash.

Mary,Mary Quite Contrary

Mary Katrantzou's collaboration with Topshop doesn't hit stores until February but I'm already counting my sheckles with the hopes of bagging myself a Katrantzou creation. Her dresses in particular are amazing, with their distinctive prints and flattering cuts I haven't been excited about a Topshop collab until now.
